Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Senior Accounts Executive

with strong experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations within the

manufacturing sector

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial transactions, compliance, reporting, and supporting the management team with accurate financial data to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

day-to-day accounting activities

, including ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Oversee

GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

as per government regulations. Prepare and review

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

. Handle

accounts payable and receivable

, vendor payments, and collections. Monitor and manage

inventory accounting and costing

specific to the manufacturing industry. Coordinate with internal teams for

budget preparation and expense tracking

. Ensure timely and accurate

MIS reporting

for management. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks as required. Implement

internal control systems

to enhance process efficiency. Support management in

financial planning and decision-making

.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the

manufacturing sector

. Strong knowledge of

GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other compliance requirements

. Proficiency in

Tally ERP / SAP

and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage a small team if required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and highly accurate in financial reporting. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of cost management and budgeting. Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure efficiently.
