Senior Accounts Executive

to join our finance team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting, excellent Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations independently. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and compliance of client accounts, while also supporting the overall efficiency of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations with precision and timeliness Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance Liaise with clients for data collection, issue resolution, and effective service delivery Support internal audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other statutory documents Provide guidance and support to junior staff as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

B.Com, CA Inter, or CMA Inter

Experience:

2-3 years in accounting or a related finance role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
