Roles and Responsibilities:



Book entry of all bills related to business and manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and
information.

Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Communicate effectively with team members and management Apprehend the closing Journals (like Accruals, Prepayment, Provisions, Payroll) and ensuring the appropriateness of the backups provided Assist in the closure of Reconciling items by Understanding the Root Cause of those and Liaise with other Function of Finance for its timely resolution Assist in driving the Process Improvements and Standardization Activities Manage export documentation, including preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents. Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary information for document preparation. Maintain accurate records of exports using Tally ERP software & SAP B1

Key Skills:



Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills.
