Are you a skilled and experienced accountant looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic CA firm? We are seeking a Senior Accountant with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in day-to-day bookkeeping, GST returns filing, and TDS compliances. Fluency in English and Kannada is essential, and proficiency in Excel and Tally is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.
Record financial transactions in accounting software and manual ledgers.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and principles.

GST Returns Filing:

Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns for clients.
Keep abreast of GST regulations and updates.

TDS Compliance:

Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable rates.
File TDS returns within the stipulated deadlines.
Resolve TDS-related issues and discrepancies.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Generate customized financial reports for clients as needed.

Client Communication:

Maintain regular communication with clients to address queries and provide financial insights.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent service.

Excel and Tally Skills:

Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in Tally for efficient accounting and financial management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations. Proficiency in English and Kannada (both written and verbal). Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Tally. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
