Role & responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor logistics activities, including procurement, transportation, and inventory management. Optimise logistics costs and manage warehouse operations efficiently. Maintain records of shipments, invoices, and customs documentation. Address and resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies Maintain financial records, ledgers, and accounts using accounting software & CRM Prepare Invoices, Receipts, Payments, and Manage accounts payable/receivable. Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies. Assist in preparing financial reports, tax filings, and audits. Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Preference

- Experience in Logistics Companies is preferred
