Monday to Saturday except 2nd and 4th Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

day-to-day accounting operations

- journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliation

Prepare

customer quotations

in coordination with Sales & Technical teams

Maintain and report

monthly cash flow and fund flow statements

Handle

accounts payable and receivable

, including follow-ups and reconciliations

File

GST, TDS, and statutory returns

on time

Track and manage

petty cash

and

bank transactions

Prepare

monthly and quarterly financial statements

(P&L, Balance Sheet)

Assist in

budget preparation

for departments and overall company

Prepare and monitor

financial projections and forecasts

Compare actuals vs. budgeted figures, and highlight variances

Support in

costing and pricing

analysis for projects or product lines

Liaise with auditors during external audits

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Key Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance)

Experience:

3-5 years in accounting, preferably in

engineering or manufacturing sector

Good working knowledge of

Tally Prime

Strong knowledge of

GST, TDS, fund flow, and cash flow management

Proficiency in

budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Advanced skills in

MS Excel

- pivot tables, dashboards, VLOOKUP, etc.

Good analytical and communication skills

Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
