Role Overview



We are hiring a

Senior Accounts Executive

with deep expertise in U.S. hotel accounting. This role requires managing comprehensive accounting functions for multiple hotel properties using AI-enabled tools. You'll ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, deliver accurate financials, and collaborate with U.S.-based teams.

Key Responsibilities



Manage end-to-end accounting for U.S. hotel clients using AI tools

Perform daily bookkeeping, journal entries, credit card & bank reconciliation, expense classification

Maintain general ledgers, A/P & A/R, payroll, and reconciliations

Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements monthly

Analyze variances and provide insights to the controller

Manage sales/occupancy tax filings and 1099 reporting

Coordinate with U.S. property managers and internal teams for data validation

Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP and hotel brand policies

Support month-end and year-end closings

Mentor and guide junior accounting team members as needed

Requirements



Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

10+ years total experience, including 8+ years in U.S. hotel accounting

Proficiency in QuickBooks, M3, or equivalent platforms

Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and hotel-related tax compliance

Experience managing multi-property or multi-brand portfolios

Advanced Excel and cloud-based accounting software proficiency

Strong English communication skills

High attention to detail, organizational strength, and ability to meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
