Job Description

The Senior Account Executive plays a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence within the chemical and printing industries. This role focuses on managing high-value customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing technical and commercial support to clients. The ideal candidate combines strong sales expertise with industry knowledge in chemicals, inks, coatings, substrates, and printing technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Client Relations



Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts in the chemical and printing sectors. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term relationships. Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and technical discussions to understand and anticipate client needs.

Business Development



Identify and pursue new business opportunities across printing solutions, raw materials, specialty chemicals, and related product lines. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop actionable sales strategies. Build a pipeline of qualified leads and convert opportunities into profitable sales.

Technical & Product Expertise



Provide technical guidance on specialty chemicals, inks, coatings, adhesives, substrates, and related printing materials. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to support product trials, custom formulations, and technical problem-solving. Present product demonstrations, specifications, and performance data to customers.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Management



Achieve annual revenue and margin targets through strategic account planning and sales execution. Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, market analyses, and pricing proposals. Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms with key customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with marketing, technical service, supply chain, and operations to ensure seamless customer support. Provide market and customer intelligence to internal teams for product development and strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Printing Technology, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). 5-10+ years of experience in B2B sales within the

chemical, printing, coatings, or ink manufacturing

industries.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
