We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager with strong expertise in
Zoho Books
. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling the company's accounting functions including
GST and TDS filings, billing, purchases, sales, and outstanding collections
.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations using
Zoho Books
Handle
GST filing
, including preparation and timely submission
File
TDS returns
and ensure statutory compliance
Create and manage
sales invoices
,
purchase bills
, and
expense entries
Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer ledgers
Monitor and follow up on
outstanding receivables
Maintain proper documentation for accounting records and audits
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for purchase and billing processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficiency in Zoho Books
is a must
Knowledge of
GST, TDS, and other tax regulations
Strong understanding of accounts receivable and payable
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
