Maintain and manage books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Prepare and finalize the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and other financial statements
for Pvt. Ltd company.
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including accounts receivable/payable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and variance analysis for management.
Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and other regulatory frameworks.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter or equivalent is a plus).
3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, Auditing experience will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Proficient in Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting software.
Proficient in MS Excel and familiarity with MIS reporting.
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
