As a

Senior Accounts Assistant - Female

in our organization , you will assist in oversee financial transactions and accounting operations for our financial investment business. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, and provide insights to management for informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records, prepare financial statements, generate reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and chit fund regulations.

Financial product/Banking Operations:

Assist in managing accounting aspects of financial products such as (Insurance, Loans, Mutual Funds) including contributions, auction proceeds, disbursements, and calculations. Ensure accurate processing of transactions and reconcile accounts

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in budget preparation, monitor performance, provide variance analysis, and identify areas for cost optimization.

Audit and Compliance:

Coordinate audits, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and implement internal controls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Minimum 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the financial services industry is must. Assist in Managing accounting aspects of financial products or banking operations such as (Insurance, Loans, Mutual Funds & chits) is must Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?23,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
