Senior Accounts and Finance Manager - A leading Interior Designing and Fabrication Company
Job Summary - A leading Interior Designing and Fabrication Company in Bangalore is seeking a Senior Accounts & Finance Manager with 3+ years of post articleship experience. The role involves managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and preparing reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Firm Profile - The Company has been started by 3 founders having background in Interior Designing, Finance and Management. They run an interior designing and a furniture and fabrication business under their brand name and manage over 3 showrooms in Bangalore.
Location - Whitefield / JP Nagar
Designation - Senior Accounts & Finance Manager
Roles and responsibilities -
Oversee day-to-day accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger functions, and management information systems (MIS) as needed.
Finalisation of Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss.
Assisting Management with MIS.
Grooming and Team building.
Prepare cash flow statements, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and deadlines.
Supervise, mentor, and support the accounts team.
Maintain adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
Coordinate with auditors, tax advisers, and clients as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Semi-qualified CA
3+ years of experience post articleship in a leading firm / finance team of a company.
Must have experience of preparing E way bills, has done ESIC registration, PT, PF process
Handled a team of people
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting and tax filing software.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
Work Schedule: Mon-Sat
Salary: To be discussed post interview (Based on the performance, experience and the qualification). But be rest assured, that you will get a good hike on your current salary.
