We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts professional with relevant experience in the diagnostics or healthcare sector. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, accounting processes, and supporting internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting activities including journal entries, ledger posting, and reconciliation.
Manage accounts payable and receivables, vendor payments, and invoicing.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
Support internal and statutory audits.
Monitor expenses, prepare budgets, and track financial performance.
Ensure timely GST, TDS calculations and filings, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with internal teams for billing, finance clarifications, and approvals.
Maintain petty cash and branch-level financial tracking (if applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in
Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
.
1-5 years
of relevant experience (Diagnostics/Healthcare preferred).
Strong knowledge of
Tally / Accounting software / ERP systems
.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Additional Preferences
Experience in multi-branch financial coordination.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle confidential data.
Candidates from diagnostics, hospitals, or healthcare companies will be given priority.
