POSITION SUMMARY:



The Senior Accounting Specialist will play a key role in managing and ensuring the accuracy of the Company's revenue

recognition and reporting processes. This position is responsible for applying technical accounting guidance,

performing complex reconciliations, and supporting month-end and quarter-end close activities related to revenue. The

Senior Revenue Accountant will collaborate other teams to ensure compliance with ASC 606 and internal policies,

while also driving process improvements and system efficiencies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention

to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



Own revenue accounting processes, including contract review, billing, and revenue recognition, in compliance with
ASC 606.

Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and revenue schedules. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring revenue is recorded timely and accurately. Analyze revenue results, identify variances, and provide meaningful insights to Finance leadership. Review contracts and ensure appropriate accounting treatment. Document and maintain revenue accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Assist with audits by preparing schedules, providing supporting documentation, and coordinating with external
auditors.

Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements to increase
efficiency and accuracy.

Prepare, analyze and update commentary on open line Items in Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation (AR
Unbilled/AR/Customer Refund, etc...)

Support ad hoc projects, financial analysis, and reporting requests as needed.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:



Candidates must have passed their CA Inter (intended to appear for Finals) or CA and hold a Bachelors' or Masters'
in Business, Accounting or Finance. US-CPA qualification is a plus.

Professional hands-on accounting experience of at least 4-5 years for CA (Inter) or 1-2 years for CA, with at least
a year in US/UK Accounting.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Netsuite is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office with Advanced Excel knowledge required. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal with problem solving ability. Flexibility to grow and change with company needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Positive attitude and high on professional morale. Ability to effectively work with cross functional teams. Ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be multi-task oriented and able to work with frequent interruptions. Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills. Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision. Team Player with a professional attitude. Job involves supporting & coordinating with on-shore team based out of US offices, and hence requires flexibility
to work in any shift and/or on Indian holidays as well.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
