Preparing the school's annual budget and updating it when needed
Assisting in producing annual audits and liaising with all parties involved
Preparing income and expenditure report according to DFE financial regulations and preparing account for the submission
Producing monthly reports to the Management
Maintaining and overseeing all bank accounts like completing monthly reconciliation, and reporting banking errors to the line manager
Ensuring school financing policy is reviewed and the school meets all financial requirements
Responsible for handling cash including collections and disbursements, banking and security, fundraising, and school trips
Daily Financial Operations:
Liaise with various stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and timely billing of tuition and collection of fees.
Manage cash flow including petty cash bookkeeping.
Salary calculations, payroll, and payslips.
Ensure accurate management of the fixed asset register.
Pay suppliers/vendors promptly.
Employee loan and tax funds.
Administering credit card transactions and other payment gateways.
Collecting credit card receipts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
