About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & Finance Executive with strong knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, GST compliances, TDS/TCS, and general accounting practices. The role involves end-to-end financial operations, statutory compliance, and accurate record-keeping to ensure smooth functioning of our Pvt. Ltd. company.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/Zoho.
Handle day-to-day accounting entries including purchase, sales, expenses, and banking transactions.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns) and ensure compliance with GST regulations.
Manage TDS & TCS calculations, deductions, and filing of returns.
Prepare MIS reports, balance sheet, P&L statements, and financial reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations under Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other applicable laws.
Support in internal and statutory audits; liaise with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.
Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and assist in budget planning.
Ensure timely payments of taxes, vendor bills, employee reimbursements, and statutory dues.
Assist management with financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-making support.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
Professional certifications (CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance) preferred but not mandatory.
2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting & finance for a Pvt. Ltd. company.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Zoho Books, MS Excel.
Good understanding of GST compliances, TDS/TCS, and statutory regulations.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Salary - 25k -30k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
