Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

Senior Accounting Analyst

to join our growing Fintech organization. This role will play a key part in financial reporting, complex reconciliations, and process improvement within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate has strong accounting fundamentals, experience in fintech or financial services, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance Perform complex account reconciliations, including cash, customer funds, revenue, and clearing accounts. Identify and resolve mismatches, reversals, failed transactions Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Coordinate with tech/ops teams to resolve transaction issues Analyze high-volume transactional data and investigate discrepancies Support accounting for payment processing, digital wallets, settlements, chargebacks, and fees Assist with internal and external audits, including preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
