Hi,

We are looking for a senior accountant for 2 different firms.

One location is Thaltej and the other is Rajpath Rangoli Road.

We need an accountant from a real estate background who has earlier worked with builders.

He should be able to understand the day to day transactions that take place in construction background.

He should be thorough with GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation and other accounting related subjects.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Record-Keeping:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, and ensuring all transactions are properly documented and classified.

Financial Reporting:

Preparing periodic financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements (profit and loss statements), and cash flow statements.

Tax Preparation:

Computing taxes owed by the organization, preparing and filing tax returns, and ensuring timely submission to avoid penalties.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Developing budgets and financial forecasts to assist management in planning for future financial obligations and business growth.
