Job Summary

:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to independently manage our day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PT, PF, and ESIC. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Excellent English communication is a must.

Key Responsibilities

:

Independently manage payroll processing and salary disbursement. Handle timely filing and payment of GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory dues. Manage PF & ESIC registration, monthly calculations, and compliance. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reports. Assist in finalization of accounts, audits, and preparation of financial statements. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and intercompany transactions. Coordinate with auditors and statutory bodies as needed. Ensure compliance with internal policies and current financial regulations.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Finance. Minimum 5+ years of experience in core accounting. Proficient in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or other accounting software. Solid understanding of GST, TDS, PT, PF, and ESIC. Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.

Preferred Skills

:

Working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
