Role : Senior Accountant - Real Estate

Location : Kolkata

Experience : Minimum 5 Years

Role Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong experience in

real estate accounting

,

statutory compliance

, and

end-to-end accounting operations

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage statutory compliances including

GST, TDS, PF, Professional Tax

, and employee tax filings Maintain accurate books of accounts in

Tally

, including BRS and documentation Handle

payments, treasury operations

, and vendor bill verification Manage

payroll processing

and employee-related payments Oversee

real estate-specific accounting

such as rent invoicing, post-purchase accounting, and control trackers Support

monthly, quarterly, and annual audits

and assist in account finalization Prepare

MIS reports

and ensure strong internal controls

Key Skills & Requirements

Strong knowledge of

Real Estate / Construction accounting

Hands-on experience with

Tally, GST, TDS, and audits

Ability to handle multiple deadlines with strong coordination and documentation skills

Qualification & Experience

B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / MBA (Finance)

preferred

Mandatory experience

in Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction industry

Immediate joiners

or short notice candidates preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?38,000.00 per month
