Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries, ledger posting, and reconciliations
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage GST compliance, including returns, filings, and reconciliations
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filings
Coordinate with auditors during audits and assessments
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Support management with financial reports and analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com preferred
Minimum
4 years of experience
in accounting and finance
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic income tax
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar)
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
