SENIOR ACCOUNTANT(4-5yrs of experience)

:-

1. Prepare and analyse financial statements ensuring accuracy & compliance.

2. Manage general ledger accounts and ensure timely reconcilliations

3. Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper cash flow management

4. Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis.

5. Ensure tax compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax & other corporate tax filings

6. Co-ordinate audits and liase with external auditors and regulatory bodies

7. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency

8. Support month-end and year-end close processes

9. Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide business recommendations

10. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial reporting

Requirements & Skills:-

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

2. Proven experience of 4-5 years as an Accountant or similar role

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles(GAAP/IFRS) & tax regulations

4. Profiency in Accounting Software

5. Advanced Excell Skills for Financial analysis & reporting

6. Excellent analytical & problem solving abilities

7. Strong attention to detail & accuracy

8. Ability to work independently & lead accounting teams

9. Professional certification is a plus. (CPA,CMA or ACCA)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

Accounting: 4 years (Preferred) Account analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
