Job Description

The Group Management Accountant will take ownership of management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the Group Consolidated Management Accounts each month, using validated data from all regions.

Review monthly individual management accounts from each region to ensure:

Accuracy, completeness, and alignment with Group templates and standards

All transactions are posted and allocated correctly at GL level

Asset registers and monthly CAPEX movement are reported

Maintain oversight of statutory compliance:

VAT, PAYE, WHT, and tax filings

Annual returns, company information (Directors, shareholders, bank details, registered offices)

Ensure internal controls are in place and followed across all entities:

Daily meetings with each finance team to follow up on deliverables and support the team

Attend and coordinate finance-related meetings with operational and regional leads

Provide oversight on treasury, insurance, and ensure risk areas are assessed and flagged early

Prepare Group budgets and assist each division in the preparation of their individual budgets

Assist with Group projects, and Group-wide initiatives as and when needed

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
