Job Responsibilities:

Accounting & Reporting

Objective: Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial record-keeping.

Taxation & Compliance

Objective: Maintain statutory compliance and avoid penalties.

Payments & Bank Operations

Objective: Ensure secure, timely, and authorized financial transactions.

Project / Site Accounting

Objective: Maintain cost control and accountability across project sites.

Internal Control & Documentation

Objective: Establish audit-ready, organized, and transparent accounting systems.

Coordination & Communication

Objective: Facilitate smooth communication between departments and management.

Confidentiality & Conduct

Objective: Maintain ethical standards and integrity in financial operations.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Tally and Excel.

Good understanding of taxation and financial regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
