About the Role:

We are hiring a

Senior Accountant

with strong experience in the

US Staffing industry

. The ideal candidate must be skilled in

QuickBooks, ADP, and Advanced Excel

, with proven expertise in handling accounting operations during the

US night shift

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end accounting functions for US staffing operations. Handle payroll processing in

ADP

and maintain accounts in

QuickBooks

. Prepare and analyze financial reports, reconciliations, and MIS statements. Use

Advanced Excel

for reporting and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with US staffing industry accounting standards.

Requirements:

Minimum

3+ years of US Staffing industry experience

(night shift mandatory). Hands-on expertise with

QuickBooks, ADP, and Advanced Excel

. Strong knowledge of accounting practices in the staffing sector. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in the

night shift (US hours)

Pay: ₹29,050.39 - ₹63,945.68 per month
