to manage end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliances, and inventory accounting. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure
day-to-day accounting
including Sales, Purchases, Expenses, Cash Book, and Journal entries
Perform
Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
and cash reconciliations on a regular basis
Maintain
proper bookkeeping
of all accounting transactions, vouchers, bills, and ledgers
Handle
Debtors & Creditors reconciliation
and follow up for timely payments and collections
Prepare and file
GST returns
(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure compliance
Prepare
monthly TDS calculations
, due statements, and file
quarterly TDS returns
Manage
monthly provisions
, accruals, and closing entries
Handle
Fixed Assets accounting
, capitalization, depreciation, and asset register maintenance
Manage
Inventory / Stock accounting
, reconciliation, and control
Assist in
finalization of accounts
, including preparation of financial statements
Ensure compliance with
statutory requirements
such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com / CA Inter preferred
Strong knowledge of
Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
Proficiency in
Tally / ERP systems
and
MS Excel
Experience in
finalization of accounts
and audit support
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
