MicroCare ENT Super Speciality Hospital, a leading healthcare institution in Hyderabad, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee hospital financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise, healthcare accounting experience, and the ability to ensure compliance, accuracy, and financial transparency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Handle hospital billing reconciliation, revenue tracking, and expense control
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory regulations
Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and consultants
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy in financial records
Maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions
Support management with financial reports and decision-making insights
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (M.Com / CA Inter preferred)
Minimum 5-8 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
Experience in hospital accounting or healthcare finance
Knowledge of NABH or healthcare compliance standards
Strong communication and team leadership skills
