: Company Accountant

Position: Accountants Manager

Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting or finance

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

GST Compliance:

Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns.

Ensure timely compliance with GST laws and maintain proper documentation.

TDS Compliance:

Calculate and deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per regulations.

Prepare and file TDS returns accurately and within deadlines.

PF Filing:

Manage Provident Fund (PF) contributions and filing.

Ensure adherence to statutory compliance related to PF.

Vendor Payments:

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

Reconcile vendor accounts and address discrepancies.

Bank Reconciliation:

Perform regular bank statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Payroll Management:

Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary disbursements.

Handle deductions, allowances, and statutory compliance related to payroll.

Accounting Tasks:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Handle organizational financial operations and audits as required.

Tally Expertise:

Maintain and update financial records using Tally software.

Generate reports, manage ledgers, and perform accounting tasks within Tally.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Tally and accounting software.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF regulations, and statutory compliance.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing end-to-end accounting processes in a corporate setting.

Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
