Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on and dependable Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day financial operations for our interior solutions firm Scintilla Interio, along with our related modular manufacturing unit Craft Ville. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting, practical experience with Tally, GST, and TDS compliance, and the ability to guide junior accounting staff. This is a crucial role in a lean team and ideal for someone who wants to grow with a transforming firm.

Key Responsibilities

Review and supervise daily accounting entries made by the junior accountant.

Maintain books of accounts in Tally (for both Scintilla & Craft Ville).

Manage general ledger, bank reconciliations, and vendor/client ledgers.

Handle monthly GST workings, TDS compliance, and statutory returns.

Track inter-entity transactions between partnership and proprietorship firms.

Coordinate with external consultants and auditors for tax and statutory matters.

Support basic MIS reporting and monthly expense/income summaries.

Monitor and support payroll accounting, vendor payments, and reimbursements.

Help document and streamline finance-related business processes.

Ensure adherence to internal processes and accounting hygiene.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Finance.

CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred.

3-5 years of experience in accounting roles (SME/manufacturing/interiors experience preferred).

Proficient in Tally and basic financial tools (Excel, Google Sheets).

Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.

Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage juniors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
