We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing general accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, leadership capabilities, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage general ledger activities and ensure timely reconciliations Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Coordinate internal and external audits Mentor junior accounting staff and support their professional development Implement and improve accounting processes and internal controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
