Job Description

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a

detail-oriented Accountant

to manage our financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business growth with accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain

day-to-day accounting entries

(Sales, Purchases, Expenses) Handle

GST filings

, returns, and reconciliations Manage

Accounts Receivable & Payable

Prepare

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Process

invoices, billing, and client payments

Coordinate with

CA for audits & statutory compliance

Track

agency costs, campaign spends & profitability

Manage

TDS, payroll support & vendor payments

Reconcile

bank statements and credit cards


Requirements



Bachelor's degree in

Commerce / Accounting / Finance

5-8 years of experience as an Accountant (agency or service industry preferred) Strong knowledge of

GST, TDS & Indian accounting standards

Hands-on experience with

Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks

Proficiency in

Excel / Google Sheets

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
