Maintain complete books of accounts as per accounting standards
Handle
NBFC accounting operations
, including loan accounting & interest calculations
Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage
GST, TDS, Income Tax
compliance and timely filings
Coordinate with auditors for
statutory, internal, and tax audits
Ensure compliance with
RBI norms and NBFC regulations
Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow, and fund management
Oversee branch accounting and consolidation
Prepare MIS reports and support management decision-making
Supervise junior accounts staff and review their work
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
5-10 years of experience
in accounting (NBFC experience mandatory)
Strong knowledge of
NBFC accounting, RBI compliance, GST & TDS
Experience in
audit handling and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP) and MS Excel
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
