Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions: invoicing, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, profit?and?loss reports, and cash?flow forecasts.
- Process payroll for a team of 12?15 staff members, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Track salon expenses, manage budgets, and identify cost?saving opportunities.
- Handle GST, VAT, and other statutory filings; maintain compliance with local tax regulations.
- Support the owner with financial analysis, budgeting for new services, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all financial documents, both digital and paper.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and tax authorities as needed.

What We're Looking For

Experience
: Minimum 2?years of accounting work, preferably in a service?oriented business (salon, spa, retail, or similar).

Qualifications
: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; CA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus.

- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).
