Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of accountants and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support. Assign tasks, review work, and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. Implement new accounting systems and tools to enhance accuracy and productivity.

Tax Compliance:

Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate, sales, and payroll taxes. Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Work with tax advisors to address complex tax issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience. Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g.,Tally Prime). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Minimum 3-5 years in GST & Income Return Filing
Work Experience

Previous work experience in CA office is Preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
