Required 3-7 years of experience in Manufacturing MSME Tire 2 / 3 Automobile Industries. The role involves managing day-to-day Accounting, Inventory Management and Control, Materials management, Statutory Reports, MIS and supporting for Financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong Materials and General Accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle general accounting including journal entries, Material Reconciliations, Inventory Management and Control, Accounts payable & receivable.
Prepare and maintain Books of Accounts as per applicable accounting standards.
Assist in finalization of accounts, Balance sheet, P&L, Costing and MIS reporting.
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
Support in internal and statutory audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
Handle payroll processing, employee reimbursements, EPF, ESI and PT
Vendor payments and Online process
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with banks for payments, NEFT, RTGS, fund transfers and reconciliations.
Support the Finance and Factory team in implementing process improvements and controls.
Key Skills & Competencies
GST returns, TDS filings, income tax compliance
Export Documentation and submit the with Bank upto BRC
Preparation of Inventory Report mobthyl and MIS reports
Financial planning, budgeting & Risk Analysis
Advising on cost control, and profitability improvement
Should have worked in a role where they guided management decisions not just bookkeeping.
Qualifications & Experience
M.Com / MBA (Finance) with strong accounting & compliance exposure
Semi-qualified CA/CMA with experience in compliance + advisory
