Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (VAT/GST, TDS, Corporate Tax, etc., depending on jurisdiction).
Manage general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and provisions.
Supervise and guide junior accountants and accounts executives.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely settlements.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for management reporting.
Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies.
Assist in ERP/Accounting software implementation and process improvements.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
Professional qualification (CA / CMA / ACCA / CPA) - completed or in progress preferred.
3-5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/Ind AS) and tax regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho/ERP).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
