Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements and MIS reports.
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and General Ledger.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Assist with internal and statutory audits, liaise with auditors, and provide necessary documentation.
Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter / ICWA preferred).
Minimum
5-7 years of accounting experience

2 years in a senior role
