1. Trade Payments
Ensure timely and accurate processing of trade/vendor payments.
Verification of vendor invoices with POs/agreements.
Monitoring advance payments, reconciliations, and outstanding balances.
Coordination with purchase and business teams for payment-related queries.
2. GST Compliance
Preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly/annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
Reconciliation of GSTR-2B with input credit in books.
Handling GST-related queries, notices, and assessments.
Maintaining proper documentation for GST audit requirements.
3. TDS Compliance
Deduction and deposit of TDS within statutory timelines.
Preparation and filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.).
Issuance of TDS certificates (Form 16/16A) to vendors/employees.
Ensuring correct application of TDS rates as per Income Tax Act.
4. Audit Support
Coordinating with statutory and internal auditors.
Preparation of audit schedules, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations.
Ensuring timely closure of audit queries.
Supporting management in compliance with accounting standards.
5. General Accounting
Monthly closing of accounts related to payable and statutory dues.
Ledger scrutiny, vendor reconciliations, and provision entries.
Support in MIS reporting related to expenses, payments, and compliance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
