We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA/higher level) degree. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in managing financial records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
Coordinate with vendors for invoice processing and payment schedules.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Ensure quality control in financial documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA/Higher level) in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
