Job Summary We are looking for an Junior Finance Executive to maintaining and updating day-to-day accounts activities. Junior Finance Executive responsibilities include assisting Finance Manager to establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. Office Time: 9.30 am To 7.30 pm, Sunday would be week off Responsibilities and Duties
Supporting and assisting all accounting, Budgeting, Taxation, all Audits, Balance Sheet, Project Expenses, Profit & Loss , GST, VAT, Company Law Matters, Statutory Compliance, Liaoning with Banks Credit Control. To assist in monthly accounts closing, including preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, tax computations and related matters. To assist in daily operations, including consolidate receivables, invoice and payment processing, and data entry into accounting system. To ensure all financial data is timely, accurate and complete. To prepare audit schedules and GST returns for submission. To perform monthly reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items To handle statutory audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirement. Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. Required Experience and Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience having practical working Knowledge in managing Accounts and Finance in a company.
Good knowledge in TALLY & MS office is must.
Verbal and excellent written communication in English is must.
Education Qualification: B.Com, M.com or MBA desired, CA-Inter (Preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month Benefits:
