We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our BHEL Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Trichy, Finance and Accounting team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of the school, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency in Accounting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Responsibilities Accounting Operations, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Budgeting, Funds Management, Audit and Tax Compliance, Team Leadership, Efficient in Tally & ERP software Qualifications: CMA Inter/ CA Inter Experience & Skills: Minimum 7 experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
