to lead our financial operations and ensure strict regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for project wise cost accounting, RERA financial management, and high level tax filings. Key Responsibilities
Taxation & Compliance:
Manage and file monthly GST returns, TDS, and Income Tax. Ensure timely payment of all statutory dues.
RERA Management:
Prepare and maintain financial data for
RERA Form 3
and quarterly portal updates. Ensure 70:30 escrow account compliance.
Project Accounting:
Maintain project-wise Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets. Track construction costs (WIP) and vendor payments.
Finalization:
Assist in the finalization of accounts and coordinate with statutory auditors for year-end audits.
Banking:
Handle banking operations, including bank reconciliations, LC/BG documentation, and coordination for construction finance.
Reporting:
Prepare monthly MIS reports for the Director, focusing on cash flow projections and budget variances.
Required Qualifications
Education:
B.Com / M.Com/CA
Software:
Expert level proficiency in
Tally Prime
and
MS Excel
(Advanced).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in the
Real Estate or Construction
industry.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of GST on construction, TDS, and RERA regulations.
Software :
Prior experience with Zoho or similar CRM software is advantageous.
