Senior Accounts Executive Role & Responsibilities -

Ensuring all compliances under Taxation Laws & Rules of accounts and books.
Liasoning with Financial Institutions for Existing Facilities.
Finalization of balance sheet.
Prepare and Provide timely & accurate MIS for all levels, including Board of Directors, Executive, and Management.
Accounting for issue & payments made against Letter of Credit.
Proper accounting w.r.t. deduction of TDS, TCS, GST, IGST on imports.
Working of interest payable on ICD./ Bank CC Interest.
Preparation of data for payments of TDS, GST & TCS.
Filing GSTR1 & GSTR3B in consultation with consultant of all Group Companies.
Issue of TDS Certificates within due date.
Accounting for TDS Deducted under GST.
Preparation of GST payable under RCM.
Timely payment of statutory dues for all Group Companies
Assisting in preparation of monthly, quarterly and half yearly reports to be submitted to bank.
Assisting in statutory audit, Income Tax Audit, Cost Audit & GST Audit.
Assisting in submission of Export documents to DGFT.
Assisting in RBI compliances w.r.t. Group Company.
Assisting in old VAT assessment matters.
Any other work that may be assigned by the HOD or Management from time to time.
Computation of TDS on Employees Salary.
