Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance. You should be confident in managing end-to-end accounts, staying on top of Indian tax laws, and ensuring the business remains audit-ready and legally sound.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-spectrum accounting including TDS, GST, Income Tax, and ROC compliances. Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/yearly returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) accurately and on time. Maintain general ledger, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial records. Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government bodies for statutory audits and compliance matters. Monitor and implement changes in tax laws and ensure timely action. Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and MIS reporting. Ensure proper documentation and filing systems for accounting and tax-related matters.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting and tax experience. Strong command over GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances. Experience with accounting software like Tally, Zoho, or similar platforms. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field. Analytical mindset and high attention to detail. Ability to work independently and take full ownership of accounts.
