  • Monitoring purchases ( purchases to be within specified budget)
  • Preparing monthly fees dues
  • Monitoring of funds
  • Submission of monthly receipts and vouchers to HQ
  • Scholarships and acquaintance of scholarships
  • Bank loans
  • Bank transactions
  • Monthly returns
  • Statement of dues and intimate students.
  • Penalty Collection
  • Preparation of yearly / monthly Budget
  • Preparation of Guest lecturer budget / bills
  • Revenue collection - 1) Tuition fees, 2) Clinical charges, 3) Donations,
