Accounts Executive

to manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

accounts for a private limited company

. Handle

GST, TDS, and tax filing

accurately and on time. Process

salary, billing, and vendor payments

. Perform

bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and financial entries

. Prepare monthly/annual reports and coordinate with auditors. Work on

Tally or Zoho Books

for daily accounting tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience in

managing accounts for private limited companies

. Strong knowledge of

GST, TDS, salary processing, and tax compliance

. Hands-on experience in

bank reconciliation and billing

. Proficiency in

Tally or Zoho Books

(preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
