Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally/other ERP software). Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger posting, bank reconciliation, and journal entries. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage GST filings, TDS returns, income tax compliance, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure payments are up to date. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure compliance with all accounting and financial regulations. Generate MIS reports for management review. Supervise and guide junior accounting staff if applicable.

Required & Qualification:

In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. Proficiency in

Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting tools/software

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and time management. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

B.Com / M.Com.

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

Working Hours - 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
