We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Accountant
with 8-10 years of expertise in accounting and financial management. The Senior Accountant will be wholly responsible for managing the Accounts Department and leading the accounts team. This role demands a proactive professional with strong technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and the ability to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and mentor the accounts team to ensure effective functioning.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and ensure timely reporting.
Handle finalization of accounts and coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
Monitor and manage company cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
Prepare and present accurate MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts to management.
Develop, implement, and monitor strong internal controls and accounting policies.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, clients, and external stakeholders for financial matters.
Train, evaluate, and upskill team members for better efficiency and accuracy.
Key Skills & Competencies
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
Strong experience in taxation, statutory filings, and audit management.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
Male staff preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA), or MBA in Finance/Accounting.
Proven track record of managing an accounts team independently.
Experience in handling company audits and statutory compliance in manufacturing/trading/service industries.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
