As we scale, we seek a Finance Manager to strengthen our financial systems and ensure robust governance of high-value transactions.

Role Overview-



The Finance Manager will oversee the complete finance function of the company, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and prudent management of cash flow. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and strong control over high-value transactions typical in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities-



MIS & Financial Reporting:

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports with detailed analysis. Track project-wise profitability, budgets, and variances.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Develop annual budgets and cash flow forecasts. Monitor expenses, ensure budget adherence, and highlight deviations.

Cost Control:

Establish cost-monitoring mechanisms for construction and administrative expenses. Implement checks to avoid revenue leakages and ensure efficiency in resource allocation.

Accounts Payables & Receivables Management:

Monitor client receivables and ensure timely collections. Oversee vendor payments, contractor bills, and ensure accuracy in reconciliation.

Statutory Compliance & Taxation:

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable returns. Manage audits, statutory filings, and liaise with consultants/regulatory bodies.

Project Finance & Banking:

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for project funding, loan disbursements, and compliance. Monitor interest costs and ensure timely repayment of loans.

Internal Controls & Risk Management:

Design and implement financial controls to safeguard company assets. Oversee large transaction approvals and ensure adherence to company policies.

Investor/Stakeholder Reporting:

Prepare financial updates for management, investors, and external stakeholders. Support due diligence activities for new projects or partnerships.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team. Drive continuous improvement in systems, automation, and reporting accuracy.

Desired Skills & Qualifications-



5-10 years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector. In-depth knowledge of taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax), RERA financial compliance, and real estate project accounting. Strong grasp of cash flow management, high-value transactions, and financial modeling. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
