: ₹We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the management team in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department

?Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

?

Handle accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate audits

?

Analyze financial data and provide insights for strategic planning

?

Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance as needed ?Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

?Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA preferred)

Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
